Create Community Amplify Art Validate Voices

Hello, my name is Tim.
Some people might know me for helping create Oddfellows on Fremont Street in Las Vegas. Others might recognize me from places I’ve worked over the years downtown—Art Bar, Beauty Bar, Griffin. A few might know me simply because I grew up here and am a native Las Vegas resident.
But honestly, none of that matters very much.
What matters most is you.Bizarre Bar will be nothing without the people who identify with what we’re trying to create.

What are we trying to Create?
This is my first attempt at building something fully aligned with my own vision.
A place inside for people who have felt outside.Somewhere to amplify voices, build real connection/community, and bring art back into the Arts District in a way that feels genuine and human.
Bizarre Bar isn’t about trends or spectacle. it’s about belonging.
A More Concrete Look

  • Themed dance parties on the weekends — always

  • Events and live music on weekdays

  • The bar and patio are always free to hangout at

  • Surrealist Art

No pressure. No gatekeeping. Just a space to exist, connect, and feel Welcome.
A Final Note
I’ve been incredibly fortunate to be able to do this—especially under my circumstances.
This wasn’t built alone. It exists because of the support, encouragement, and belief of coworkers, friends, and communities who trusted me and lifted me up along the way.
Some people may not know that I’ve been on dialysis for 13 years and am currently in need of a kidney. That might sound heavy, but it’s shaped who I am in ways I wouldn’t trade. Without that struggle, I don’t think I would have built this place—or understood why it needs to exist.
Thank you for being here.I hope I make you proud.
— Tim
